The highest-volume, highest-liability task in the agency, done first.
Certificates are the flagship. They are also the single highest-volume, highest-liability, lowest-paid task in a commercial agency: a request arrives, someone reads a contract, someone retypes coverage, someone hopes the wording is right.
Certova reads the contract requirement, checks it against the coverage actually in force, drafts the certificate with the description of operations already written, and puts it in front of a licensed human with the differences highlighted. The human approves; the certificate issues; the frozen snapshot files itself.
What it does
Two hours a day of retyping, and the certificate nobody can find later.
The gap check happens before issue
The requirement in the contract and the coverage on the policy are compared field by field, and a gap is shown as a gap instead of being quietly issued.
Holders are a list you keep
Holders, renewals and reissues are tracked, so next year's certificate is a review rather than a rebuild.
Evidence, kept the way a court expects
Every issued certificate carries the policy snapshot it was issued against, permanently, in write-once storage.
